Hey Dale,

Personally, I would like to see updates to the MYOS product itself rather than a new tracking tool. I can tell you from personal experience of communicating with YOUR customers, that many of them are NOT very happy with you at all.

You see, I run a forum which supports your software better than you and your staff do. So I hear from Your customers all the time. I cannot remember the last time any of them were very happy about the MYOS product. You had claimed to be updating it about 7 months ago, but never did release an update.

Many of them felt that your claim of an “update” was simply smoke and mirrors to avoid giving refunds. Personally, I don’t know what the deal is with you or MYOS. However, I would HIGHLY suggest you start supporting and upgrading the product.

With the way you’ve handled (or the lack thereof) the take over of MYOS, I wouldn’t recommend that anyone make a purchase of it. In fact, I’ve specifically told many people who were thinking of buying your product NOT to touch it with a ten foot pole. IF you have any common sense, you would update your software.

As is, Instant Software Builder is MUCH better than MYOS. Plus, it’s cheaper & comes with tons of bonuses. I own both products and offer help to my members for them as well.

Fact is, we could send customers your way if we felt it was worth the investment. But simply put, it’s NOT. Not when there is a far superior product on the market for less money, with more features.

Personally, I think you should worry more about supporting your current products and websites (specifically MYOS, but you have more) before releasing a new one. Especially when you already have unhappy MYOS customers because of a promised update that never happened. Fact is, Mike Chen had also promised an update before you took over. Neither one of you have delivered on your promises.

I just hope you look at this email for what it is: Advice from someone that knows your customers BETTER than you!
