Make Your Own Software
Russell Brunson is a young college student who needed to earn some money to pay for his college tuition. He was chosen to beta test “Make Your Own Software” because he is an experienced entrepreneur with no programming experience. “Wednesday I received the beta copy of ‘Make Your Own Software.’ Thursday in class I had an idea for a product called ‘Salesletter in a Box.’ (salesletterinabox.com) Thursday after wrestling practice I came home and started on the product. It took me about 55 minutes to create the 1st version of the software.” The very next day, Russell put his new creation online for sale, using the exact same techniques described in the “Make Your Own Software” manuals. True to his nature as a competitive wrestler, he decided to issue himself a challenge: “Let’s see how much money I can make in 48 hours.” Russell emailed Mike about his progress as things developed. “Mike, $3,582 in profit so far!” “Mike, this is great! Now I’m up to $6,432.” The final tally? “Mike, here’s the final figure. At the end of 48 hours Can you reproduce Russell’s success? If a young college student with no programming experience can do it … My challenge to you: Issue yourself a challenge and see if you can beat Russell’s results.

You will agree with me that this is an outrageous story and almost too hard to believe all of it is true. As I began building my own products using MYOS, I found there’s no way to create any substantial program in less than an hour. Though the compiling of it indeed is easy and fast, it takes many hours to design the perfect format and tweaking the end result is another process which is very time consuming. I should add though that I’m somewhat of a perfectionist…
But Russell’s story is true. I phoned him one day and we spoke for over an hour. He explained exactly how he created Sales Letter in a Box and how he pulled of this incredible marketing stunt.
I will tell you more about the background soon. But right now I have to call your attention to Russell’s current madness…
You see, Russell has always considered Sales Letter in a Box to be one of his best-sellers. But I don’t think he has been selling many copies of it recently. Why?
Listen - this is just my theory and not confirmed by Russell himself!
The reason I think he hasn’t been selling much is because last year he completely revamped his websites. Started new joint ventures. Focused a lot on affiliate trainings. Et cetera…
I’ve been one of his affiliates for over a year, but Sales Letter in a Box wasn’t showing up in his second tier program. And when this happens it is usually because other priorities keep a marketer from developing the proper marketing materials.
When I opened my email this morning, there was a letter from Russell which confirmed my suspicions…

It is a really decent software as well I should add. I have been using it myself many times. One of the things I really like about it, is that it not only creates your sales webpage, but it also creates linked legal pages to your sales letter.
