How about quality bonuses for a change?!
Have you ever noticed that many of the bonus offers on-line are totally unrelated to the products which are being sold?
While the bonus incentive makes a strong appeal to buy - you’re getting all this added value for zip, nothing, nada! - these products often end up cluttering your disk space without ever being used. Well, they do on my computer. How about yours?
If this is the case, then perhaps you want to reconsider what real value you got with your purchase. I have about a thousand bonus reports, eBooks and software tools sitting in My Documents. It will take me a good year to study them all. Perhaps I’ll benefit from this. I don’t know this yet.
What I do know is that every minute I spend on a bonus I have no immediate use for is costing me time. And my time is valuable. I don’t know about the time you have, but I need mine to earn money!
Offering a bonus with your product is a great way to convert visitors to buyers. I wouldn’t want to see them go. But I do want to make a case for quality bonus offers. Ones that offer added value to the product you purchase so I know I won’t be wasting my precious time with them.
Both “Instant Software Builder” and “Make Your Own Software” are programs which help you create these kind of bonuses. Software bonuses of course. But you can also compile simple eBooks and special reports with them. And they’re ridiculously easy to make. Again: you don’t need to know a single line of computer programming!
Have you used the software already for compiling a special report?
Here’s how you do it with MYOS:
- Create a web page containing your special report which offers added value to your product or service
- Add a ‘Print Page!’ button at the top and bottom of your report!
- Run MYOS
- Select ‘Literal Mode’
- Enter the name for your report and the copyright notice
- Copy the HTML of your report into the recipe field
- Save and ready!
Now depending on the size of your document, this could end up in a rather long scroll. If you’re any good with CSS, JavaScript or DHTML, you can created a tabulated menu for easy browsing. Give each paragraph their own tab and you can keep the scrolling to a minimum.
No clue about how to do that? Have a look at ListMatic1 for a great many examples of tabulated menu scripts.
To demonstrate a live example of this software application, I compiled a program using this article. Take a look at the example posts.
Whether or not you’ll consider creating your own bonuses, you can still find good add-on products to use as a bonus. Are you making an effort of putting up quality bonuses with the products you offer? Let me know how you’re approaching this subject. I’m very curious to what you think!
